In preview Flavio Lucchini presents part of the new works created in 2023 with the exhibition “Preview. My Memories”, a series of one hundred… non-portraits, if anything of faces, in which color – but also the graphic cleanliness of black and white – intentionally replaces the detailed definition of features.
Flavio Lucchini says: “… they are ordinary women I met: colleagues, models, editors, creatives, friends… whose facial features I don't want to remember, but the colors, the perfume, the essence. A few brushstrokes, which stimulate the memory of contemporary faces running towards the future, but also of many art pieces I loved". 
We invite you to the first appointment with the "Memories" by Flavio Lucchini: a selection of paintings and two artist's armchairs which are part of the art-design project of Studio Nava. The preview started already in the week dedicated to design and will continue until the summer. Exactly In the “Atelier”, at Superstudio, where for over thirty years the artist has given shape, life and substance to his mysterious and multifaceted vision of femininity and fashion. Waiting for the exhibition-event which will take place in the autumn on the occasion of its 95th anniversary, repeated in Italy and abroad, in collaboration with the Oblong Gallery.
