October turns pink, and the FLA Museum also takes part in the month dedicated to breast cancer prevention with two special initiatives.
On October 14, the museum will welcome the association ANDOS – National Association of Women Operated on for Breast Cancer, offering its participants a special guided tour through the twenty underground exhibition rooms to share a moment of beauty together.
A few days later, on October 23, the artwork “Faces – I’m different n.11” by Flavio Lucchini will be included in the charity auction organized by Galleria Oblong Contemporary Art, on the occasion of the Pink Tie Ball, the charity gala promoted by Komen Italia in Parma to support breast cancer research and prevention.
Two initiatives where art and solidarity meet, in line with the mission of the FLA Museum’s non-profit association, which promotes art and fashion as tools for education, culture, and participation.
